The project consists of two main structures, which include site management, meeting areas, cafes, shops, sports center, personnel housing and security center, which are handled with the concept of sustainability and efficient use of energy. One of the design objectives is to provide areas for hosting activities aimed at strengthening social relations between users. For this purpose, a gathering area in the center of the building and various intimate spaces have been formed around it. Architectural design is supported by environmentally effective landscape design and it is aimed to emphasize passive energy efficiency of the building. In this direction, the orientation of the building was determined according to its relation to the solar orbit. The two structures are designed to form an atrium protected from air, dust and noise, and the atrium pool provides extra cooling by water evaporation in hot and humid summer. The buildings are surrounded by a fertile landscape and a four-season garden designed to achieve different landscapes throughout the year.
