The project is designed as an office block that provides sufficient solutions to meet the functional expectations and can meet the needs of security and accessibility. The building has a structure that does not crush the other buildings around it but also reads itself through the materials and frontal movements used. In the interior space, the gallery space and common areas created from the first floor were met with the rest and socialization needs of the residents and on the other hand, this environment was carried out by the ground arrangement on the roof. Thanks to the skylight which is created on the roof and which serves the courtyard with the gallery space, daylight is provided to reach the interior spaces. Daylight control was provided with the sunshades designed on the front and the monotony of the facade was broken.
